Week 1 Recap / Week 2
The Weekly Presser
Well gents, our favorite time of year is upon us. It comes after the blazing heat of summer and meets us right when we need it most. It welcomes us after we've all grown tired of baseball (except the 3 Astros fans and Bryce Harper). It is so anticipated that it takes up typically 5 days out of our 7 day week (Thursday to Monday). If you aren't catching on yet......please leave this site as you don't deserve the words on this page...
Yes gents, it is FOOTBALL time in America!

MAN does it feel good. Sitting around all day Saturday from sun up to sun down in your underwear watching grown men fight over a leather ball, all to do it again after church Sunday, and again Monday after work, and again Thursday night, and again Friday night; Wash/Rinse/Repeat with happiness. That right there is freedom enough to cry over.
Enough mumbo jumbo, let's get to the real reason why you are all here. You are here for something that you know and love and probably don't even look forward to every week.....yet I keep bringing the heat week in and week out and give the people what they want which is content to make Colin Cowherd himself fall in love again with Baker Mayfield. That's right the weekly presser is back. We've got a new motto this year due to some "other people" thinking they can hold a flame to our fire, yet they can't figure out rich text editors on Yahoo's website.......
New Motto - Often copied, NEVER duplicated, PERIOD.
This will be your one stop shop for all things Fantasy Football related for the front offices of The Mulletheads and The Regulators. I decided to combine to one page this year so don't get your depends for men in a wad gents. It was a pure business decision. Half of you read this anyway and it means I can do mash ups and roast everyone in one place for all eyes to see. So as Josh Grametbaur would tell you "Be Happy for your Blessing".
Alright enough fluff, let's get to business:
The Mulletheads - Week 1 Recap and Week 2 Preview
Week 1 was good but not good enough to top the Jumping Charismatics...Also, thanks to Yahoo for the stellar report card for our franchise this year, which you can go and view on your own time. If this team was ever a bunch of Mulletheads it might be this year... Maybe it's too early to tell? I'm just ready for the party in the back to show up in the points column this week. When the Beefer Nation is picked to beat you, it's not looking promising on the homefront so we went out for some help with a guest GM this week. Mr. Danny McBride is in the building y'all.
Danny's tip to the squad this week: "I play real sports. Not trying to be the best at exercising."
Wow....uh......thanks Danny. Look from the front office, we played ok but Big Ben left something to be desired (or even found for that matter) on the field Sunday night against major Tom. At least this week is at home under the big ketchup bottles at Heinz field. Look out Beefer Nation, the Mulletheads are hungry and we heard Omaha Steaks was in town and having a sale.
The Regulators - Week 1 Recap and Week 2 Preview
I genuinely thought we had a dumpster fire already starting. Like I literally called it in and just deleted my Yahoo account so I could disappear in to the darkness and hide in a place far far away from anything football related...Thankfully tiny Kyler dinked it off enough linemen helmets in the first 3 quarters that the football powers that be saw it fit for a 4th quarter flurry of activity to salvage game 1 for the Arizona pigeons..........Like this is supposed to hype up the AZ crowd?
BOLD PICKS OF THE WEEK:
WSU Cougars Vs. UH Cougars - Give me UH and the 8.5pts
Iowa Vs. Iowa State - I'll take ISU outright in Ames
KC Vs. Oakland - I like Oakland at home and this is travel game 2 for KC. I'll take Oakland outright, close game though 31/28 (BOLDEST PICK OF THE WEEK)
Welcome back to Football gents, we've all missed her.
Til next week, signing out,
BM

Ummmmmm ok.......I'll just leave that here for everyone...Like the team isn't terrible but with the new O.J. and Dan Bailey and the Saints D holding us down, how high is the ceiling? Is there a ceiling? Is there only a floor? Will we beat anyone besides the guy with the name Cornholio (also very fitting for that teams GM Chris Wray - Much love, and props)? Too many questions weigh in the balance for the Regulators.......We shall see....Currently it looks like we will get roughed up by the pastor rougher for week 2. I have hopes, but really those hopes look like pulling the pin on a hand grenade and hoping it exits a three foot radius of the franchise office. We enlisted the help of one bad mother this week, no intro necessary.
Sam, you sure are one cold, calculated, bad man. Any advice this week?
Sam - "Hold on to your butts...." (Jurassic Park)........
Thank you for, er, uh, the oozing confidence in our ability this week and the rest of the season...
Same - "You know me, it's my duty to please that booty." (Shaft)
Um ok, first off this is a family friendly space, where talk like that is only sometimes appropriate, and from you......it's only appropriate.....thanks again......
